Forgiven People, Forgive People

MATT. 18:21-35

UNFORGIVENESS BLOCKS THE FLOW OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN YOUR LIFE

1. THROW THE CALCULATIONS AND THE REGULATIONS OUT THE WINDOW

IT WAS LOVE THAT MADE JESUS GO TO THE CROSS, AND IT WAS COMPASSION THAT MADE JESUS DIE FOR OUR SINS

2. JESUS IS BOTH THE FORGIVENESS & FREEDOM THAT WE NEED

 LUKE 4:18

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free,

3. FORGIVE QUICKLY & OFTEN

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. “FORGIVENESS IS NOT AN OCCASIONAL HABIT: IT IS A PERMANENT ATTITUDE. WE MUST DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN THE CAPACITY TO FORGIVE. HE WHO IS DEVOID OF THE POWER TO FORGIVE IS DEVOID OF THE POWER TO LOVE”

4. YOU CAN BE BITTER OR ASK GOD TO MAKE YOU BETTER

PSALM 119:165 Great peace have those who love your law,
and nothing can make them stumble.

5 ALL OF LIFE IS A HEART ISSUE

PROVERBS 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it.

Be A Sweetheart

Matt. 12:33 NASV“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit.

Matt. 12:34 “You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart.

Matt. 12:35 “The good man brings out of hisgood treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of hisevil treasure what is evil.

Matt. 12:36 “But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment.

Matt. 12:37 “For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Matt. 12:35 message A good person produces good deeds and words season after season. An evil person is a blight on the orchard.

Matt. 12:36 Let me tell you something: Every one of these careless words is going to come back to haunt you. There will be a time of Reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously.

Psa. 119:11 NIV I have hidden your word in my heartthat I might not sin against you.

Get a grip on your lip.

But first, get a hold of your heart!

James 3:2 nkjv For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, heisa perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.

James 3:3 nkjv Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body.

James 3:4 Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires.

James 3:5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles!

You can really learn a lot about yourself by listening to yourself.

Matt. 12:37 messageWords can be your salvation. Words can also be your damnation.”

Psa. 139:23 Nkjv Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;

Prov. 4:24 Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.

Things that cause our heart to be hard and not ‘sweet’…

  1. Offense/unforgiveness

Psa. 55:12 NIV If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were rising against me, I could hide.

Psa. 55:13 But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend,

Psa. 55:14 with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowshipat the house of God,as we walked about among the worshipers.

Phil. 3:13 message Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus.

Phil. 3:14 I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.

“Some things get broken and can never be put back exactly the same.  Yet God can make all things new.”

Luke 9:62 But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

  1. A Negative and a constant complainer

Phil 2:14-15 AMP Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining [against God] and questioning and doubting [among yourselves],

Phil 1:15 That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a perverse and crooked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse]. Among who you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark world].

  1. Guilt/condemnation

Rom. 8:1 NLT So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus

1 John 3:20 NKJV For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

1 John 3:21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God.

Religion points to your sin, wags it finger and says shame on you.  Jesus welcomes you with open arms and says, ‘shame on me.’

Gal. 5:14 NKJV For all the law is fulfilled in one word, evenin this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Gal. 5:15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another!

  1. Envy/compare

Rom. 12:15 NIV Rejoice with those who rejoice

Be different, be nice, smile, I promise it will change your life!

Love Out Loud

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

35 By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Romans 5:5 The love of god has been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

1 Pet 1:22 Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, 23 for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.  (IT’S IN OUR DNA)

LOVE IS THE BANNER WE ARE TO CARRY!

NAPOLEON BONAPARTE

I know men; and I tell you that Jesus Christ is no mere man.  Between Him and every person in the world there is no possible term of comparison.  Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and I have founded empires.  But on what did we rest the creations of our genius? Upon force.  Jesus Christ founded His empire upon love; and at this hour millions of men would die for Him.

CRAZY LOVE – GOD DEMONSTRATED HIS LOVE FOR US!

Rom 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Eph 5:1 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; 2 and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.

WE ARE DESIGNED TO BE AN EXPRESSION OF GOD’S LOVE!

GOD COMMUNICATES THROUGH PEOPLE.

WE ARE THE MEANS, METHOD, OBJECT, THE DELIEVERY VEHICLE.

JESUS REFERING TO SIGNS OF THE LAST DAYS

Matt 24:12 Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold.

TPT There will be such an increase of sin and lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold.

PAUL

2 Tim 3:1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. 2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving

PETER

1 Pet 4:7 The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. 8 Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

2 Cor 5:14 For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died; 15 and He died for all, so that they who live might no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf.

TPT 2 cor 5:14 For it is Christ’s love that fuels our passion and motivates us,

Mess 2 Cor 5:13 If I acted crazy, I did it for God; if I acted overly serious, I did it for you. 14 Christ’s love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do.

LOVE IS THE FOUNDATION FOR SERVICE

1 Cor 16:14 Let all that you do be done in love.

Gal 5:13 For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

14 For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

1 Tim 1:5 But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

Overcoming Fear pt. 4

“Identifying Fear”

Mark 4:35 On that day, when evening came, He *said to them, “Let us go over to the other side.”

36 Leaving the crowd, they *took Him along with them in the boat, just as He was; and other boats were with Him. 37 And there *arose a fierce gale of wind, and the waves were breaking over the boat so much that the boat was already filling up. 38 Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they *woke Him and *said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”

39 And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm.

40 And He said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

41 They became very much afraid and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”

2 Cor 4:13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed, therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak,

2 Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

THE SCRIPTURES TALK ABOUT, NO FAITH, LITTLE FAITH AND GREAT FAITH.

THE SAME THING IS TRUE ABOUT FEAR.  THERE CAN BE A LITTLE FEAR, A LOT OF FEAR AND ALL OUT TERROR,

PANIC ATTACKS ARE FEAR BASED!

IF YOU ARE LEAD BY FEAR YOU ARE GOING TO BE LEAD INTO DEATH AND DESRUCTION.

THERE ARE PARENTS WHO WON’T LET THEIR CHILDREN HAVE ANY SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH OTHER KIDS OR SOCIAL EVENTS BECAUSE OF FEAR

PEOPLE WHO TRY TO CONTROL ARE DOING IT OUT OF FEAR.

PEOPLE CAN GET  HYPER SPIRITUAL ABOUT USING MEDICINE OR DOCTORS.

RECOGNIZE WHEN FEAR IS IN THE PLACE OF FAITH.

Rom 10:17 faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of god

TAKE TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT’S IN YOUR HEART.

10:10 With the heart man believes, with the mouth confession is made.

24-7 FAITH

Doubt despairs complains and is sad, but faith rejoices, gives thanks and is glad.

KIETH MOORE

FAITH HAS A SHOUT, A LAUGH, A DANCE, AND A RUN!

Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph! Psalm 47:1.

NLT shout to God with Joyful praise!

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.  James 1:2-3

In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls (1 Peter 1:6-9)

At destruction and famine you shall laugh (Job 5:22).

The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; Psalm 118:15

Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: “The Lord’s right hand has done mighty things! NIV

My loud shouts of victory will echo throughout the land. TPT

Hear the shouts, hear the triumph songs in the camp of the saved? “The hand of God has turned the tide! MSG

Joshua (Ch 6) Faith for possession started with a shout!

Many people would be giants in the power of God but they have no shout of faith.  Smith Wigglesworth

No man can doubt if he learns to shout. Smith Wigglesworth

Shout to testify of your faith in Gods promise.

Shout in thankfulness for His glorious mercy.

Shout to encourage yourselves and your brethren.

Shout to strike terror into your enemies.

John Wesly

And by the way, when I see the people the Lord God is with them and the shout of a king is among them. (Numbers 23:21)

vs 19 God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

I see the people rising up like a lioness and like a lion it lifts itself (24).

Jesus is the lion of the tribe of Judah and He will descend from heaven with a shout.

(1 Thessalonians 4:16)

Churches that lose their shout lose their ability to influence and affect their generation.  There needs to be a corporate shout!

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary (Psalm 107:2).

We shout because we have already won.

No matter what comes your way.  Never doubt, just learn to shout!

Overcoming Fear Pt 3

“Don’t let it in”

2 Cor 4:13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed, therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak,

2 Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Num 14:24 But My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land which he entered, and his descendants shall take possession of it.

Heb 2:14 Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless (Destroy) him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery (bondage) all their lives.

FEAR AND BONDAGE GO TOGETHER

2 Cor 7:5 For even when we came into Macedonia our flesh had no rest, but we were afflicted on every side: conflicts without, fears within.

WE CANNOT CONTROL EVERYTHING THAT IS OUT SIDE OF US.  WE CAN CONTROL WHAT IS INSIDE US.

THE ENEMY CANNOT PUT FEAR IN YOU.

2 Cor 11:28 “Apart from such external things, there is the daily pressure on me of concern for all the churches.”

JUST BECAUSE WE FEEL IT, DOES NOT MEAN WE HAVE LOST A BATTLE… IT JUST MEANS DON’T LET IT IN.

John 14:1 Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.

26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.

27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.

IT’S UP TO YOU WHAT GETS IN YOU.

WE ARE TO RESIST FEAR.

Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

24-7 FAITH

“There is only one way to all the treasures of God, and that is the way of faith.”

Smith Wigglesworth

Faith is your tool for accessing all that God has provided

2 Corinthians 1:20 For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us.

You will never move forward in life until you get the amen on the inside of you.

All things are possible to him who believes (Mark 9:23).

For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live] (Ephesians 2:10*).

by faith men of old gained approval (Heb.11:2). By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain (4).

By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death (5). By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household (7). By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance (8).

God’s plan for your life will require accessing everything you need to fulfill that plan.

God has provided everything we need pertaining to life and Godliness (2 Peter 1:3).

And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified  Acts 20:32.

Your inheritance includes “all the promises”, or the “all things” pertaining to life and godliness. God has not left anything out that is good.

Faith is our “Amen” and becomes the instrument you need to obtain your inheritance.

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).

but be imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises (Hebrews 6:12).

through the instrumentation of faith and patience we receive the promises.

Romans 4:16 For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,

Romans 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have access by faithinto this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short of it. For indeed we have had good news preached to us, just as they also; but the word they heard did not profit them, because it was not united by faith in those who heard. For we who have believed enter that rest… Hebrews 4:1-3

NIV 2 Corinthians 1:20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

24-7 FAITH Pt 6

Understanding how faith works is the most important thing.

We must become proficient in the use of that which should be normal for the believer.

Bracken Christian

FAITH IS YOUR DEFENSE AGAINST THE ENEMY

1 Peter 5:8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world.

James uses the same terminology concerning our adversary, Submit therefore to God.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. 1 Corinthians 16:13.

in your faith you are standing firm (2 Corinthians 1:24).

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore…” (Ephesians 6:10-14).

In addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming missiles of the evil one (Ephesians 6:16).

In every battle, take faith as your wrap-around shield, for it is able to extinguish the blazing arrows coming at you from the Evil One! TPT

The majority of those flaming missiles are going to be thoughts that he sends your way in the middle of circumstances, trials, difficulties of life that come your way.  He is a liar and the father of lies and is always trying to create doubt, fear and confusion in our lives.

The word “Schemes” means that the devil has one main method of operation. He is after your mind and is a master at “mind games”.

2 Corinthians 2:11 that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,

The first key to resistance is knowing what the Word says

Our faith is the shield.

In order for us to win our shields must be developed!

when a missile of the enemy is fired at us we respond with the Word of God.

The two best applications; Jesus and Joshua.

Matthew 4, Jesus is in the wilderness of temptation

Jesus gives us the proper illustration of how to resist, stand, lift up the shield of faith and then use the sword of the spirit with, “It is written”.

God instructed Joshua 3 different times to, “Be strong and of good courage”.

This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success (Joshua 1:8).

Meditation is not a mental exercise.  To meditate means to mutter.

When the word gets in us our shield begins to develop.

The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart (Luke 6:45).

A heart full of the word is going to be a heart full of faith!

A heart full of faith means, we have a good shield to defend us.

If your faith shield is strong you will have a good smile on your face because you are expecting full victory!

We cannot advance if we are in quit mode.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18).

Faith is not just something we have but it is to be used!

Your sword will only be as good as your shield.

Overcoming Fear Pt 2

“Yielding to Fear or Faith”

THE PROVISION IS ALWAYS CONNECTED TO THE WORD.

Mark 4:38 Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion

40 But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”

Psalm 62:1 Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.

2 Cor 4:13 And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,

5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.

2 Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

FAITH HAS JOY… FEAR HAS TORMENT…

NUMBERS 13 AND 14 THE SPIES SENT TO CHECK OUT THE PROMISE LAND?

THE SPIRIT OF FAITH IS A CONQUERING SPIRIT!

Numbers 14:24 But My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land which he entered, and his descendants shall take possession of it.

Numbers 14:7 and they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying: “The land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. 8 If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land which flows with milk and honey.’ 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them.”

THE SPIRIT OF FAITH IS NOT A BELIEF SYSTEM;

24 But My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land which he entered, and his descendants shall take possession of it.

24-7 FAITH

God has tied himself irrevocably to human cooperation in the execution of divine purpose. He has made man’s faith a determining factor in the work of redemption.

LILIAN B YOMENS

To be an overcomer in this life will require walking by faith

Overcoming in life will require the attitude of faith.

For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world even our faith (1 John 5:4).

We must live with the consciousness that we are a victor in Christ.

We have been born into the family of overcomers!

verse 5 Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the son of God?

Victories are won in battle and Jesus has defeated the enemy!

KJV Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 and ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 in whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

His victory is our victory!

Act like a winner!

Victory is an attitude, a confindence that we walk in because it’s already ours

1 John 4:4 You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

We fight all our battles from a place of victory seated far above the enemy.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”

For we walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Victory is possessed with knowledge and gratitude.

2 Corinthians 2:14 But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ’s victory] and through us spreads and makes evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere.

If we always triumph, that means we never fail!

it is God that causes us to triumph!

1 Corinthians 15:54 “even death is swallowed up in victory”

57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Greek word “Nikos” triumph means: Victory; A conquest

The Greek word “Nikao” and “Nike” Victory means; to subdue, conquer, overcome, prevail, the means of success.

Romans 8:31 If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us

To conquer means: to triumph, to overcome, to win, to succeed, or to be victorious

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death
