vs 19 God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

Churches that lose their shout lose their ability to influence and affect their generation. There needs to be a corporate shout!
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary (Psalm 107:2).
We shout because we have already won.
