WISDOM FOR CHALLENGING TIMES

THE WORD GIVES US THE WISDOM WE NEED TO OVERCOME ANY HARDSHIPS OR WALK THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES

Psa 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

Psa 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Psa 41:1 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. 2 THE Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth

Psa 37:18 The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Psa 33:18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; 19To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

Psa 18:1 I Will love thee, o Lord, my strength. 2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; MY God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. 3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.

THE ONLY WAY TO REMAIN IN PEACE AND FIND WISDOM IS TO SPEND CONCENTRATED TIME IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD.

Psa 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

CHALLENGING TIMES CALL FOR US TO SET ASIDE SPECIAL, INTENSE TIMES OF PRAYING AND SEEKING THE FACE OF GOD

WHEN YOU TAKE TIME TO PRAY AND SEEK GOD YOU DON’T LEAVE THE WORD BEHIND.

EVEN JESUS HAD TIMES WHEN HE WITHDREW FROM THE DAILY SCHEDULE OF LIFE

Mark 6:45 And straightway he constrained his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent away the people. 46 And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.

“STRAIGHTWAY” IN Vs 45  MEANS DOING SOMETHING WITHOUT ANY DELAY – IMMEDIATELY

Vs 45 “CONSTRAINED” – THIS GREEK WORD MEANS TO “COMPEL BY FORCE”

HE RECOGNIZED HIS NEED TO STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE FATHER, EVEN IN THE MIDST OF SUCCESSFUL EVENTS.

IF WE’LL STAY CLOSE TO GOD WE’LL BE READY TO DO SOME WATER WALKING…

AMP 1 Pet 5:6 Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time he may exalt you, 7 casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for he cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

AMP Heb 11:6 For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe THAT God exists and that he is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek him [out].
